    In this video we start our series on 1 Timothy, a letter written by Paul to his son in the faith, Timothy, who was serving in Ephesus. In chapter 1 Paul reminds Timothy of his overall mission. In chapter 2 he talks about prayer and how it should be conducted in the church. In chapter 3 he goes deeper, addressing two very important offices in a local church: overseers and deacons. In the first three chapters we find three fundamental pillars for a local church.

    In this video we take a look at chapters 4 through 6 of 1 Timothy. Paul teaches Timothy two things: how to be a teacher and how to be a counsellor. Chapter 6 addresses the professional world – how should a Christian respond to his boss, and how should a Christian boss deal with his employees? Paul goes on to talk about money. Do you want to know how to teach, how to counsel and how to relate to your boss or your employees?
